Gunstock is honored to have received requests to support so many
wonderful causes. As you may know, we are frequently asked to contribute
to many worthy fundraising opportunities, and attempt to support each
request as best we can. For this reason and due to the vast amount of
requests made we have set up the following guidelines for donation
requests. Thank you for your request and for taking the time to review
and respond to these guidelines.
Gunstock does not make monetary donations. Requests for donations will be given in the form of various lift ticket vouchers, tubing ticket vouchers, camping accommodations, or other mountain activity passes. We ask that all donation requests be typed on the organizations’ letterhead addressed to Donations and accompanied by the official Gunstock Donation Request Form. Please do not call to follow up on your donation request. If you wish to have an acknowledgment of the committee receiving your request, be sure you include a valid email address on your application.

Please also include any and all public exposure that Gunstock may receive as a result of donation. This may include: program listings, newspaper, and radio or television coverage.
Donation requests are reviewed once a month.
Each request must be submitted individually to the committee. The committee will meet 2 times per month. If the committee approves of the donation they will act within one week of the review.
