I just wanted to say thank you for all the work you and Gunstock did to make last night a huge success for the Garrison program. Despite the rain, ALL of our kids had a fantastic time and we heard nothing but positive comments from all.

Please pass along my gratitude and thanks to your staff.  I believe it was Gretchen who I dealt with upon arrival.  She and her partner behind the counter were very pleasant and accommodating.  I have been coming to Gunstock for years with groups from Newmarket and it just keeps getting better.  Thanks again for the great experience.

We have plans to come back next Friday.   I will have data for you Tuesday afternoon.

Hi Wendy

Got your message.  Yes, it was a perfect night.  Everything went so well.  Husband was surprised and happy.  Loved to be able to pick up lift tickets, tubing tickets and have snow shoe time booked by you.  Made my life so much easier and was able to direct everyone to where they needed to be.  No problem getting 3 tables in stockade lodge and all were happy.  4 more people rented skis on their own and glad they decided to do it.  So thank you again for all your help in making this party a success.  We love GUNSTOCK!!

Wendy, thanks for all of your help yesterday, the kids had a GREAT time, we did also. Gunstock is a great facility and it has proven to be enjoyable to many more people than the typical Alpine ski area, I am sure with all of the new activities coming it will continue to grow and provide a wonderful place for many families to be active in a healthy way.

Hi Wendy,

Thank you very much for helping to arrange a visit from MediaTek to Gunstock.  People took advantage of the variety of offerings that Gunstock has to offer by learning to Snowboard and Ski, and to take a tour on Snowshoes!  While we didn’t end up taking advantage of your Tubing hill, we had several people show interest in it, but in the end your other opportunities drew them more.

Your staff in Group Sales did a great job working with me and my group, and you were very understanding when a couple of my group members bought tickets directly, issuing me a prompt refund for the unused tickets.

Thank you again, and we will certainly look to Gunstock for future outings!

We visited Gunstock for a second time as a group and we will be back next year once again. 

Every employee we encounter at you resort does a great job w/ a smile on their face.
It all starts w/ Wendy and staff in the group sales dept. 
The amount of changes we send them is ridiculous and they handle every one.  I run a business and know what it is like to find employees that follow through like they do.
Even on the tubing hill the staff had a great time letting us hook are large group together.  It would be so easy to say NO, but we never hear it from any of your staff.

We have other Troops ask us about our ski trips and I strongly recommend working w/ GUNSTOCK!

Our group had the best time last Friday night.  It was the smoothest process I have experienced this season.  The group would like to thank you, your staff and everyone else at Gunstock for the great experiences we have had.  Please convey our gratitude to all the staff.
