MEETING NOTICE: The next Gunstock Area Commission Meeting is scheduled for: Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 6:00 PM at Gunstock Mountain Resort in the Seasons Pass Center. The Seasons Pass Center is located on the Main Deck above the Welcome Center. For handicap access please park behind the Main Lodge and follow the ramp to the Main Deck level.

Gunstock Enabling Statute

LAWS OF 1959 CHAPTER 399

AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE

BELKNAP COUNTY RECREATIONAL AREA.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
399:1 Declaration of Purpose. It is hereby declared that the purposes of this chapter are to provide for a commission to operate, maintain, develop, improve and promote the Gunstock Area in Gilford, New Hampshire, owned by the county of Belknap.....

Memorandum of Agreement

Sets forth an Operating Agreement by and between the Belknap County Convention (Legislative Delegation) of the County of Belknap and the Gunstock Area Commission, incorporated by NH Laws of 1959 as a body politic and agency of the County of Belknap, for the operation of facilities known as Gunstock and or the Gunstock Recreation Area located in the town of Gilford, County of Belknap, New Hampshire.
