Take a scenic lift ride to the summit of Gunstock on the Panorama Chairlift.  Enjoy a leisurely 15-minute ride to the summit where you will disembark to marvel at the beautiful views of Lake Winnipesaukee, Mount Washington and the Belknap, Ossipee, Squam and Presidential mountain ranges.  Take the opportunity to explore the designated hiking trails at the top of the mountain, or bring your picnic lunch.  The chairlift will be ready to take you back to the base area where you can continue your adventures. 

The lift will operate on weekends only from Mid-May through early June, then daily through the summer months until Labor Day, and weekends only from Labor Day through late October.  The first chair ride to the summit is at 10AM.   Last chair ride to the summit is at 3PM when we are operating a weekends only schedule and at 4PM when we have daily operations.  Guests at the top of the mountain will need to depart at 3:45 during weekend only operations and at 4:45 during daily operations.  Please check the hours of operations for the schedule by date.

Tickets may be purchased at the in the Mountainside Outfitters Store, Welcome Center or Adventure Center. 

Children ages 5 and under can ride for free. Child carriers are not permitted on the lift.  There are no restraint straps on the chairs.  Parents are responsible for the safety of their minor children.

Sorry, no lift service is available to take bikes to the summit at this time.  Dogs are not permitted on the lift.

Weather can impact lift operations.  Please call us at 603-293-4341 for current operating plans during marginal weather. 

Scenic lift rides are not available when we are operating for Winter Snow Sports.

Please note that scenic lift rides are not available during Tough Mudder, June 1 & 2, 2013 or during SoulFest, which typically takes place during the first week of August - Wednesday through Saturday.
