SPECIAL NOTICE:  The Ticket Checkers in the Lift Operations Department will be increasing their efforts to confirm ownership of Season Passes.  The ticket checkers will be looking at the picture on your pass and comparing it to the person wearing the pass.  This means that you may be asked to lift your goggles or something similar to allow the ticket checker to confirm your identity.  This is the result of an increasing amount of pass sharing which is prohibited by New Hampshire State Law (RSA 637:8) as well as by Gunstock's Terms and Conditions.

2011/2012 SEASON PASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

AGE REQUIREMENT - An individual's age as of 12/31/2011 will determine eligibility for pass categories. Birth certificates are required for Buckaroo passes. Gunstock reserves the right to require proof of age for all pass categories. 

TRANSFER/ALTERATION OF PASSES - Season's passes are NOT transferable. Pass holder understands that any misuse and/ or transfer of a season pass may be criminally prosecuted under RSA 637:8Transfer/alteration or other misuse of pass will result in confiscation and criminal prosecution.  

FORGOTTEN, MISPLACED, OR LOST PASSES - No complimentary day tickets will be issued for forgotten/lost passes. A discounted ($10.00) lift ticket will be issued once, after which no further discounts will be allowed. A $25.00 replacement fee will be charged for lost passes. 

REFUND/ CREDIT POLICY FOR PASSES NOT PRINTED 

  • Prior to 1/31/12 – Refunds will be granted with a $25 processing fee
  • After 1/31/12 – A Letter of Credit (only) will be issued with a $25 processing fee
CREDIT POLICY FOR PASSES THAT HAVE BEEN PRINTED (letter of credit only, no cash refunds will be issued). Credit towards next season's pass will be issued in the event of a proven injury, illness, or medical condition. Credit on passes will be pro-rated as follows:
    • Before 12/31/2011 -    75%
    • Before 1/31/2012 -      50%
    • Before 2/29/2012-       25%
    • After March 1, 2012, no further credit will be given.

PASS PHOTOS - Pass photos will be taken during the following times:

    • Weekends starting November 5, 2011: 10:00am-3:00pm.
    • Friday November 25, 2011 through Opening Day: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
    • Opening Day to the start of Night Operations: ½ Hour Prior to opening – 4:00 pm
    • After the start of Night Operations: ½ Hour Prior to opening – 7:00 pm

WAIVER REQUIRED - A waiver & release must be signed for each Season Pass issued. A parent or guardian must sign a waiver in the season pass office for children under 18 years before the pass is issued.  Please note If the parent or guardian cannot be present the waiver and release must be notarized.
