Reservations are recommended and should be made by 3PM the day prior and 24 hrs. prior on weekends and holiday weeks to ensure proper staffing. Check in is from 8:30AM-9:15AM weekdays and 8am-9:15am weekends and holiday weeks. Afternoon check in is at 12:30pm.

Gunstock's Base Camp: your child's adventure starts here! Base Camp has specifically designed programs for each age group. Full and ½ day programs are offered for ages 3 and older. Make your child’s day just as fun filled as yours’.

Base Camp program schedule is: Full Day Programs 10:00am-3pm; ½ Day Programs 10am-12:00pm or 12:30pm-3pm. Weekends and Holiday weeks registration begins at 8:00am and 8:30 weekdays. Afternoon registration is at 12:30pm. Morning group lessons begin at 10am and afternoon group lessons begin at 1pm.

Camp I: Age 3 years. A full day program (in our Child Care Center) with a 1 hour group ski lesson that focuses on FUN! Introduce or enhance skiing skills through the use of games and skill building activities, including on-snow lessons in the morning. All children participating in skiing programs must be fully potty trained - no diapers or pull-ups, please.

Camp II: Ages 4 - 5 years. A full day of fun offers 4 - 5 year olds the opportunity to be on snow skiing in the morning and enjoy the day care atmosphere during the afternoon.

Camp III: Ages 4 - 7 years. Full or ½ day programs provide lots of skiing time with some of the best children's ski pros in the industry. Groups are formed by age and ability level to provide the best learning experience and lots of fun.

Camp IV: Ages 8 - 13 years. Full or ½ day programs are available for plenty of skiing or snowboarding time with some of the best children’s ski and snowboard pros in the industry. Groups are formed by age and ability level to provide the best learning experience, have some fun and make some new friends.

Sick Trick Private lessons: Ages 8 - 13 years. 2 hour private lessons are available 10am-12pm or 1-2pm to learn new tricks and jumps, and how to stick the landings with some awesome coaches. The camp is offered on weekends and during holiday periods. Base Camp coaches are eager teach your child how to ride safely and land more stuff. Reservations are required.

Private Lessons: Private Lessons are available for ages 3 and above and all abilities for skiing, snowboarding (6years and up) and telemark skiing. One-hour private lessons are available daily at 9AM and noon.  Two-hour private lessons are available from 10AM to noon and 1PM to 3PM.   Reservations are required.

Mommy/ Daddy & Me Private Lessons: Ski along with your child in a 1 hr private lesson environment. Your child will gain skills and you will learn how to ski with your child between lessons. They are available daily at 9AM and noon. Parents must be a lower mountain skier or better. Reservations are required.

Cancellation Policy: Please call 603-737-4364 or email basecamp@gunstock.com to cancel no later than 8AM. A charge will be made for reservations not honored.  We ask that one parent remain on the mountain while their child is participating in our program.

What should your child bring to Base Camp?

• Ski Jacket or Parka – warm and waterproof
• Ski Pants
• Warm Socks – wool or synthetic
• Neck Warmer
• Waterproof Mittens or Gloves
• Helmets are recommended for safety and warmth
• Goggles or Sunglasses
• Sun Screen

Children are responsible for their own items. Please be sure to label all of their belongings.
