Dear Fundraiser,

Gunstock is honored to be considered by your charitable organization for fundraising support. We are frequently asked to contribute to many worthy causes and thoughtfully review each request that comes our way. We are proud to assist with the fundraising efforts of almost 300 charities and not-for-profit groups both here in the Lakes Region and throughout New England.

Gunstock reviews donation requests twice per month so all requests must be received at least three weeks in advance of your charitable event. We are pleased to offer charitable contributions in the form of lift tickets, tubing tickets, camping accommodations, and other mountain activity passes. Monetary donations are not permitted.

To submit a donation request for consideration, please review the steps below:

·         Requests must be received at least three weeks prior to the fundraiser date.

·         A Gunstock Donation Request Form must be submitted along with a letter typed on your organization’s official letterhead detailing the event name, date, location, and not-for-profit status in order to complete your application. Be sure to detail any public exposure or advertising that Gunstock may receive in response for a donation. This may include program listings, media coverage, or social media promotions.

Incomplete Donation Applications will be declined. If you wish to have an acknowledgment of receipt, please be sure to include a valid email address on your application. Requests are reviewed twice per month and donations are mailed within one week of the review.
