Every participant must complete a Liability Release. Participants under the Age of 18 must have a Liability Release signed by their parent/guardian. If the minor will be coming with someone other than their parent/guardian the Liability Release must be signed and notarized.
Appropriate footwear is required. Closed-toe and closed-heel shoes or boots are recommended. Open-toed shoes are not allowed, Crocs or similar style shoes are not premitted. The Gunstock Mountain Adventure Park staff reserves the right to determine whether the apparel and/or footwear are adequate for the chosen adventure. Croc brand and similar footwear are not acceptable.
