Summer FAQs

We offer military discounts for active duty members of the military and their dependents. We also offer military discounts for retired personnel and veterans.

  • $5 off Add-on Single Scenic Lift Ride (due to upgrades being performed on the Panorama lift, scenic lift rides will be unavailable prior to July 4th weekend)

Booking in advance is highly recommended as adventures often sell out.

To secure your reservation, please book your adventure online in advance at full price. When you check into the ticket office, please show your active or retired military ID to get the discount.

Bring your child to the ticket office to pick up a free 2-hour Mountain Coaster session and/or Scenic Chairlift wristband. The child must meet the requirements in order to ride on the mountain coaster and/or scenic chairliftift. Click here for coaster requirements. Click here for chairlift requirements.

 

Wear comfortable clothes and most importantly, appropriate footwear is required:  Shoes must be closed toe and closed heel. Crocs and similar footwear are not permitted.

There are no refunds if you decide not to complete an adventure. If you decide that the adventure is not for you after your intital training, you may switch to a different adventure if there is availability and you meet the requirements. If another adventure is full or you chose not to do a different adventure, there will be no refund. If you switch to a different adventure of lesser value, there will be no partial refund.

 

  • All sales are final and non-refundable.
  • 48 hours or more prior to scheduled Adventure, you may move your Adventure to another date. In order to move your adventure, please call 603-737-4388, or email services@gunstock.com.
  • If you are unsure of the date you would like to move your adventure to, we will issue you a voucher for the same adventure good for the remainder of the season. Voucher may be redeemed online or call to schedule.
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to scheduled Adventure: No refunds, rescheduling, or vouchers issued.

 Gunstock Adventure Park still operates in the rain.

* Bring rain gear and clothing to keep warm and dry when necessary.

* The Zipline Tour will not operate in weather conditions when lightning may be in close proximity or in sustained winds more than 30 mph.

  •  The ATA courses remain open in all weather conditions except when it is icy, stormy, or during lightning.
  •  Weather can impact Scenic Lift and Mountain Coaster operations. Please call us at 603-293-4341 for status updates during marginal weather.
  • Do not assume we have cancelled tours or shut down if you have bad weather where you are, we may have sunny skies!
  • Our staff will contact you if we have advanced notice of inclement weather and need to reschedule.
