Gunstock has all the ski and snowboard equipment you need, and renting just got easier with our new rental shop building located in the base area. Whether you’re new to winter sports or you just haven’t purchased your own equipment yet, Gunstock’s team of professionals will outfit you with properly fitting boots, a helmet, and the skis and poles or snowboard that’s just right for you. They’ll explain how the equipment works, give you some pointers and answer any questions before you head outside to enjoy the slopes. Ensuring that our guests have fun and stay safe is what’s most important to the Gunstock team.
Goggles, gloves, ski clothing and accessories, plus Gunstock logo wear items, are available for purchase in the Gunstock Ski & Sport Shop, located just a few steps away.
The Rental Shop at Gunstock Mountain Resort is proud to utilize the Head BYS ski system and is also a BURTON Learn to Ride Center. You will see the difference in performance of the equipment, ease of learning, and efficiency in the shop to get you out on the snow quicker than ever before.
Please note:
- Ski Packages include skis, boots and poles.
- Snowboard Packages include snowboard and boots.
- Helmets are available for rent for an additional fee.
- Parent/Guardian must sign rental waiver for minors, in person or online, at the time of purchase. All rentals, including helmets, require a signed waiver.
Cancellations:
All Rental Sales are Final and Non-refundable.
- 72 hours or more prior to your arrival, you may change your date or cancel. Please call 603-737-4388, or email services@gunstock.com.
- If you are unsure about your date we will issue you a voucher for the value rental package. Vouchers are valid until the end of the 25/26 season. Vouchers may be redeemed online or call 603-737-4388 to schedule.
- If making a cancellation, a $29 processing fee will be applied, with the remaining value put onto a Gunstock Mountain Resort non-expiring gift card or Mountain Money.
- Please note that your rental reservation is not considered canceled until you have verification from Gunstock staff.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival date: No credit, date adjustments, or vouchers.

Rental equipment should be purchased in advance and online whenever possible. Rental equipment is first come first served. Renting equipment ahead of time does not guarantee equipment will be available upon arrival.
